My name is Jasmine and I am a Registered Art Therapist certified by the American Art Therapy Credentialing Board and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. My clinical experience encompasses diverse settings, including residential treatment facilities, public schools, community agencies, psychiatric and medical hospitals, juvenile correctional centers, and private practice. My practice, Listen to Your Art Therapy & Empowerment Services LLC, is dedicated to providing individualized care; specializing in art therapy for teens, young adults, and families, focusing on anxiety symptom reduction, improved emotional regulation, trauma symptom reduction, self-esteem enhancement, and resilience building. In my free time I collect miniatures. I love all things teeny tiny; why, I have no idea but everyday items in mini form bring me joy. I am also a creator; I enjoy drawing, painting, crafting, building, you name it...I love it. I am a tactile learner so doing things by hand and with my hands helps me feel a sense of accomplishment. I also love to travel, especially by plane and I enjoy experiencing new places, cultures, and food. I have been working as a therapist for almost 16 years because I genuinely love what I do!
