I offer virtual therapy throughout Florida and New Jersey. Eating disorders can impact every area of life, including relationships, self-esteem, daily routines, and overall well-being. My name is Jasmine, and I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and the emotional patterns connected to these struggles. My approach is compassionate, structured, and evidence-based, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build self-compassion, and develop a healthier relationship with food and themselves. I integrate Health at Every Size® (HAES) and intuitive eating principles to support sustainable, individualized growth. In addition to eating disorder treatment, I specialize in personality disorders, substance use, trauma, and emotional regulation. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II), and a Master Certified Addictions Professional. These approaches allow me to support clients with distress tolerance, mindfulness, relationship challenges, impulsivity, and coping skills. My areas of focus include eating disorders (AN, BN, BED, OSFED, ARFID), disordered eating, diet culture recovery, body image, self-esteem, personality disorders, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, substance use, addiction, trauma, and PTSD. My approach focuses on understanding what behaviors are trying to communicate while building practical tools for change. Sessions balance warmth and accountability, providing a supportive space to explore difficult experiences while developing skills for lasting recovery. Clients describe me as compassionate, grounded, and direct in a way that feels safe and supportive. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can work through eating concerns, body image, trauma, substance use, and emotional challenges at your own pace.
