Getting to know Jasmine Spradley

My name is Jasmine Spradley, and I practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from The University of Akron, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to provide well-rounded care tailored to your goals. My experience working with couples, families, and individuals has shaped my skills in healing survivors of loss, trauma, loneliness, mood imbalances, relationship conflict, and burnout—to name a few. Through the lens of you being the expert of your own life, I can help heighten the strengths you already possess to improve the management of your stressors.

My experience in working with couples, families, and individuals has shaped my skills in healing survivors of loss, trauma, loneliness, mood imbalances, relationship conflict, and burnout - to name a few.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is a collaborative approach where open communication is valued. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work towards fostering understanding, healing, and, ultimately, a treatment plan that aligns with your goals for mental wellness. PLEASE NOTE: We do not prescribe medications at this practice.

Jasmine is amazing, she has changed our children’s and family’s life!
The therapist at no point in time tried to contact me nor did anyone else letting me know the session was not happening. I am very disappointed I struggle with speaking to new people and it takes much to control the anxiety it creates. This is in no way professional especially when she is deemed a professional in bipolar and PTSD.
