Are you stuck? Struggling with big feelings? Trouble focusing and staying organized? I can help! The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. It is often difficult to begin therapy, and I am glad you are considering it. Most people come to therapy hoping to fix something in their life that isn’t working well. I will work with you to discover what is going on and how we can collaborate to help you be the best self you can be. I believe in building small, easy-to-learn coping skills and taking consistent baby steps toward your goals. Hello! My name is Jason Fox, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation in Tennessee (LPC, MHSP). I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and have 19 years of experience in mental health. I primarily practice cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on teaching people that we need to think and act better first in order to feel better. I have experience working in crisis and crisis supervision. Over the years, I have seen many different situations, and the most important thing to me as a therapist is to meet clients where they are and build a positive working relationship to help them reach their goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
