Hi there, I'm Jason! Jason Naylor, LMFT-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic approach helps people re-write their life stories by discovering their resilience, looking at problems from different perspectives, and focusing on the positive. My approach I am present- and future-focused. I use structural and strategic therapy, as well as experiential therapy, when meeting with clients. My focus I work with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers. I'm most comfortable working with blended families, couples, and teen issues. My communication style I work to create an environment for clients to feel safe discussing their problems. I'm also “straight to the point” and practical. My journey to mental healthcare I found I liked helping people and wanted to gain more knowledge in the field of mental health. I received a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University-New England (Keene, NH). After more than 20 years in the field, I feel the same passion for helping people navigate the issues they are going through. My goals for you I discuss with clients in the first session what their goals are for therapy. I check in regularly to see if their goals have changed and to track progress toward accomplishing them. My first session with you Clients can expect to discuss confidentiality, therapy goals, and what brought them to therapy during the first session.
