Hello, I'm Jason. Life can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate at times, especially when significant changes and traumatic events leave us feeling lost, alone, and undone. These circumstances can impact the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us, especially when the tools we have do not seem to provide relief from the stresses of life and the feelings that accompany them. I can help guide your mental health journey so you can get back to focusing on the things that matter most. Together, we can learn to manage the challenges of life. I have worked in the helping profession since 2002 in various settings supporting children, teens, and adults in managing life's difficulties. I graduated from Simmons University with a master’s degree in social work in 2020. Now as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I primarily work with clients experiencing complex PTSD, anger, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and attachment issues. I have served at the management and director level of programs designed to support clients and their families in managing their mental health needs. I have also served as a primary therapist at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels, supporting both men and women in their recovery from eating and substance use disorders. I focus on working with children, teens, and adults from all walks of life using a mixture of trauma-informed, neurodevelopmental, and cognitive approaches to help my clients heal from the inside out, allowing them to move on from negative life experiences. Through processing trauma, learning to calm your nervous system, and relaxing your body, you will notice that the types of stressors that currently overwhelm you will seem much more manageable. Transformation is possible, and I will always meet you where you are by working to develop a trusting relationship in which you feel heard and truly seen. If you're ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
