I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Holy Cross. I became a counselor because I know what it is like to sit on that couch feeling hopeless and isolated. I felt the change within me that comes with counseling and it empowered me to work on bettering my life. I want to help others who may be at their lowest point in life or just want to make some improvements to achieve their life goals. I believe everyone is capable of healing and should be free to be their authentic selves.
