I thoroughly enjoy being a therapist. I have served in the field of psychology and mental health for seventeen years. My ideal client is someone who is willing to take accountability, learn new ways of thinking, and eager to grow. My therapy approaches include evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that the needs of each client are unique and instrumental in outlining achievable therapeutic goals.
