What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in therapeutic work with adults and couples focused on helping my clients achieve their goals. I aim to facilitate changes that will increase your satisfaction and contentment with life. Applying various approaches and techniques, we work together to make significant long-lasting changes to improve your life. I provide support and guidance during challenging situations and help my clients overcome long-lasting difficulties. My years of experience and knowledge have helped many to change their life in positive and significant ways.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that we all do the best we can and that there are good reasons for what we do. Nobody is perfect. So I'm not judgmental or critical. I want to hear your story. So we start with that. I'll ask you what set you onto this path of seeking out a therapist. I'll ask you to think about and declare your goals. I'll help you with that. As the therapy continues we will identify how you keep yourself stuck and work on making changes to those ineffective patterns. I'll help with this too. You've been alive for many years now and much has happened in those years. We experience betrayals, sorrow, and pain. Those experiences have shaped us. They are part of your story. I want to hear your story, support you, and sit with you as you add new and different stories to your life.
