My number one objective is to do no harm, followed by working with clients to resolve internal conflicts through eclectic approaches. I am committed to staying in the moment with my clients. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
