I believe every individual deserves to be truly heard and understood. Through compassionate listening, I am committed to nurturing a positive relationship with you, emphasizing your strengths, and working collaboratively to guide you toward living an authentic, value-driven life. I strive to make sure clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. With the right support, validation, and encouragement, we all have the capacity to change and create a life filled with happiness and fulfillment. Part of being human means experiencing both joy and pain. I encourage the exploration of both the positive and the painful parts of our lives while working together to actively problem-solve and find solutions to life’s challenges. Together, we can construct individualized, realistic goals for therapy that empower clients through self-awareness and the development of healthy and adaptive life skills. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with people experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, periods of transition, and issues of self-esteem and self-worth. Therapeutic modalities that I use include CBT, DBT, ACT, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Relational Therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University.
