Getting to know Jaylyn Soleimani

Jaylyn Soleimani, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and approaches her work with curiosity and respect for each individual’s unique experience. Jaylyn strives to foster a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship while supporting clients in making meaningful, practical changes in their daily lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Drawing from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) framework, Jaylyn helps clients develop insight into patterns in their thoughts and emotions while building effective tools for daily functioning. She takes a collaborative and reflective approach to support resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a more open, client-led approach to sessions. I like to give people the space to talk about whatever feels most important to them, especially the more vulnerable or difficult parts of their experience. My role is to create an environment where that feels safe and not forced, so we can explore things in a way that feels natural rather than structured or pressured. I tend to be gentle and reflective in my style. I’m not someone who jumps in with quick interpretations or pushes too hard. Instead, I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help my clients slow things down so we can really understand what they’re feeling and why. A big part of my work is helping clients make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels clear and meaningful to them. Building trust is really central to how I work. I want our relationship to feel genuine and comfortable, because that’s what allows people to open up and do deeper work. From there, we can start to understand things more fully and create space for change in a way that feels right for them.
