I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor's in Psychological Science and a Master's in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 10 years experience in the behavioral health field, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults from various ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My experience spans community settings, private practice, and educational institutions from preschool to college levels. I believe in a strength-based approach to therapy, utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. However, I understand that each individual is unique, and so is their story. Therefore, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client. Life's journey can present us with numerous obstacles and challenges. We might find ourselves in dysfunctional relationships, dealing with childhood trauma, grieving the loss of a loved one, or feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, or life stressors. In these moments, it can be hard to know where to turn. I'm here to walk with you through these difficult times, helping you navigate towards peace, hope, passion, and fulfillment.
