What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to empower clients with skills, knowledge, and training while offering a safe space for introspection that will lead to lasting positive changes. Listening to my clients and understanding their goals is important for successful outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe it's important to allow space for me to get to know my clients and collaborate on goals together. Our initial session would consist of collecting background information and serve as a space for clients to share their history and any information they feel is relevant for me to know. A typical session is pretty casual clients can expect to feel safe, warm, and welcome in a judgement free zone where they are free to express themselves as needed.
