What should a new client know about working with you?

Someone who works with me should know that, in addition to neurotherapy and psychotherapy, I will provide psychoeducation on neurological mechanisms that are leading to symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, etc.; clients tend to find this extremely helpful! It feels good to know why you are feeling something on a neurological AND emotional level. Clients should also know that neurotherapy is my passion. Having undergone this treatment myself I understand the type of change it can produce and I believe in it whole heartedly. The fee for talk therapy is $175/hour or $140/45 minutes. The fee for neurotherapy is $175/hour

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step to neurotherapy treatments is a time brain map. During this appointment I will put a cap on your head and look at your brain under 4 conditions: eyes open, eyes closed, a visual response test and an auditory response test. This lets a trained neurotherapist like myself understand your brain, how it differs from the norm, and where those differences overlap with your symptoms. From there, I create a custom protocol to address these symptoms and set up sessions in 45 minute blocks. Typically, clients come in 2x/week initially and then decrease sessions as change takes place. During neurotherapy sessions we are training the brain using various types of neuromodulation or classic neurofeedback. Every 10-15 sessions we will reassess to get a new baseline and a new protocol. Changes can be both seen via brainmap images, and felt by you! The fee for talk therapy is $175/hour or $140/45 minutes. The fee for neurotherapy is $175/hour
