What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach therapy through an identity-focused lens, meaning I see your unique experiences and perspectives as central to our work together. Identifying as a multicultured, queer, cisgender woman myself, I deeply understand the importance of feeling seen and supported, especially when society doesn't always recognize or validate you and your experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Using an integrative, strengths-based, anti-ableist, sex-positive, feminist, and empathetic approach, I help clients gain insights and empowerment. If you're ready to explore new perspectives and unlock your potential, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Please feel free to reach out - I'd be honored to work with you.

Have seen Jazz for some time now and could not be more satisfied with our work together. Jazz cares AND is effective. Rare combo in my experience.
Jazz really gets me. From intake through our weekly sessions, I feel she takes time to form a rapport. She helps me understand my anxiety/OCD don't define me. If in Chicago or IL, go see Jazz!
