I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address negative thinking patterns when it comes to anxiety and depression. I have experience addressing infertility and women's issues and strive to offer services to that population as well. I have training in play therapy and am working toward certification as a play therapist. I am an AutPlay-trained and certified therapist.
