I am a social worker with 38 years of experience; 20 years as a LCSW. As a LCSW I have worked in mental health settings; with cancer patients and their families and as a trauma social worker at a Level I Trauma Center. I am here to help you identify your life issues/stressors; and deal with your your associated thoughts and feelings .... My role is to help you express your feelings; identify related events and most importantly identify your strengths to work through them and to develop a plan to positively move forward. In doing this I am gentle and understanding yet at times can be direct if/as needed.
