I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 40 years of experience working with people who face mental health and substance use challenges. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Texas State University and a Doctor of Social Work from Capella University. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between you and me-the goals you have and how you get there are driven by you.
