I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas for over 30 years and also recently licensed in Arizona. I have extensive experience with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression and sleep disorders. I have also worked with veterans suffering from pain management as well as post traumatic stress disorders. I worked in the foster care system for a number of years and handled domestic violence situations frequently. I have extensive inpatient and outpatient hospital psychiatric experience. I am also skilled in crisis management and de-escalation in high stress situations. I am an experienced professional therapist with a goal to build relationships and empower my clients to live more fulfilled lives. I help clients grow and change through a client-centered approach. However, I use a variety of techniques to guide and support clients through life's challenges. I'm here to help.
