In our first session together, I’ll take time to get to know you and learn more about what brings you here. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what you’d like to gain from our work, and begin identifying the challenges you’re currently facing. This session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and to ask any questions you may have. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I look forward to getting to know you better and working
