I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing clinical interventions in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, hospitals, and geriatric environments such as nursing homes. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan in addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I prioritize a person-centered, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based perspective in my work with clients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, I’ll take time to get to know you and learn more about what brings you here. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what you’d like to gain from our work, and begin identifying the challenges you’re currently facing. This session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and to ask any questions you may have. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I look forward to getting to know you better and working collaboratively to help you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
