Hello and welcome. I am humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to do what I love, and that is to help people. As life ebbs and flows it can be helpful to obtain support in working through those difficult and challenging moments. I believe in building a trusting therapeutic relationship that leads to empowerment and growth while also encouraging self-advocacy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience using different therapy approaches to help people, including techniques for changing negative thought patterns, focusing on solutions, and managing emotions. I've worked with a variety of individuals such as children, teens, adults, families, people with autism, those in prison, emergency responders, and anxiety and depression.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about helping to decrease stigmatization around mental health treatment, and improving and increasing access to mental health care for all. Moreover, I am committed to helping you become the best version of yourself, gain clarity and understanding, and feel empowered to take gradual steps toward healing.
