Jeanelle is a licensed mental health therapist and the founder of Black Sheep Healing Services, PLLC. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and works especially well with people who feel like outsiders those who’ve been told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or that they simply don’t fit the mold. Her practice is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when we feel genuinely seen. She blends evidence-based approaches with expressive arts, mindfulness, and deep empathy. Her sessions are collaborative and flexible sometimes structured, sometimes exploratory — but always centered on what feels most supportive for each client. Whether you’re processing past wounds or learning new skills for the future, Jeanelle meets you with warmth, curiosity, and hope. Jeanelle became a therapist because she understands what it’s like to move through the world feeling misunderstood. Therapy gave her a space to grow, and now she creates that same safe, affirming space for others. Outside of her work, she loves roller skating, painting, reading, and enjoying K-pop anything that fuels her creativity and joy.
