My work has primarily focused on helping individuals who have survived abuse or experienced traumatic events. Trauma can manifest in various ways and at different times in our lives, and my specialized training in this area allows me to support you through these challenges. I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, behavior issues, and anger management. Additionally, I have extensive experience in children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, and stress management.
