What should a new client know about working with you?

Most of us need help separating our inner wisdom from emotional pain and mental clouding that come from challenging situations. I see my role as someone who listens to you with the intention of understanding you without judgment. Being genuinely seen empowers my clients to make necessary adjustments in their lives. If desired, I suggest tools for self-exploration, emotional regulation, and relationship repair and maintenance. My own rich life experience adds to my ability to help a wide range of clients. I speak German and Russian fluently, am a child asylum seeker and an immigrant, a wife and a mother, an internationally exhibiting visual artist, and a licensed psychedelic facilitator.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free consultation that allows people to determine if they would like to work with me without an up-front financial investment. If after our conversation, you decide to work with me as your counselor, we will meet virtually or in person at my office in Bend, Oregon at the frequency that works best for you. My intention is to help you through a challenging transition, and a short term counseling relationship is often the best approach. For people, who are looking for a longer therapeutic relationship guiding them through self-exploration and growth, I am there for you as long as you find my assistance helpful. Counseling sessions are typically 60 minutes long.
