I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.\n\nI am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over six years of experience in child welfare, private practice, and school settings. I have worked with individuals ages 6 through adulthood, supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, self-esteem, anger management, parenting, and grief and loss. I have also led trainings on group work, stress management, and sex trafficking awareness. I am trained in SPARCS, DBT, EMDR, Rainbows, and SSETS, and I use these approaches to meet each client's unique needs.\n\nI work best with young adults and older individuals who are looking to regain a sense of control in their lives. I help clients navigate difficult transitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of safety and stability. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Dubuque and my master's degree in Community Mental Health from Argosy University. My goal is to create a brave, supportive space where clients can heal emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
