We won't just look at the challenges you face; we’ll look at the world around you and identify where the friction lies. Using a Strengths-Based approach, we will identify what is already working and build from there.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is active and collaborative. Utilizing Motivational Interviewing, I help you find your own internal "why" to spark lasting change.
