Getting to know Jeanne Reilly

Hi there, I'm Jeanne! It can be difficult navigating some of life’s complex challenges. When things become overwhelming, connecting with a supportive therapist can bring clarity and comfort. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and strength-based. I welcome you to reach out whenever you are ready. My approach I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and eclectic methods in my practice. I believe individuals are the true experts in their own lives and feel deeply honored to work alongside them on their path to healing and wellness. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices, my work is centered on individual needs and fostering a safe and collaborative space for growth and resilience. My focus If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with life’s challenges, I specialize in working with individuals managing life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, medical concerns, experiences with abuse and neglect, and grief and loss. I can provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be heard. Together, we can identify your stressors, prioritize your concerns, develop coping strategies, and clarify and create personal, achievable goals. My communication style I have a clear and straightforward communication style, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space. I practice active listening and provide a reassuring, calm, and compassionate presence. My journey to mental healthcare Early in my career, I worked with individuals who had traumatic abuse and neglect histories. I was impressed by how individuals were able to draw upon their strengths and supportive factors in therapy to find a way forward. This experience led me to the belief that we all have the capacity for positive growth. I have found that supporting clients to achieve their goals and celebrating even small successes is very rewarding. My goals for you I see goal setting as a flexible, evolving process. Together, we will identify what matters most to you.
