With over 14 years of experience serving the Spanish-speaking community, I bring a spiritual strength to the therapeutic experience which serves to enhance positive growth and promote healing. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My specialties include helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and roMaletic relationships, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), sex and intimacy issues, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, and stress. Having been married for over 20 years and raising five children, I am very much aware of the challenges and conflicts individuals, couples, and families face daily.
