I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. My passion lies in helping clients realize that the answers they seek are often already within them. Through genuine conversation, we can uncover the path that feels right for you.
In addition to achieving certification as a Certified Gambling Disorder Counselor, I have completed advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and LGBTQIA-Affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have multiple years experience in crisis and suicide intervention, offering the support needed during life's most challenging moments.
Therapy with me is relaxed, engaging, and sometimes even humorous. I believe in bringing my full, authentic self to each session so that together we can build a trusting relationship.
