Hello, Are you or your children dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, trauma, or loss? If so, I want to help. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and over 33 years of counseling experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, including acute hospitalization, residential treatment, community mental health, agency services, and private practice. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I work to help clients develop coping skills to manage their symptoms, find meaning in life, and improve functioning at home, school, work, and in the community. I use a positive, solution-focused, and skills-based approach to therapy in a comfortable, casual setting. I strive to make clients feel comforted and supported during sessions.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
