Yalom. I have experience in case management, sexual assault advocacy, and mental health training. We focus on healing through exploration, listening, and accepting truths in our minds and bodies. Our primary goal is to create a safe and trusting space that allows your truest expression of being, including the intersection of identities and history. This will guide your way towards healing and joy. I grew up in a conservative, Catholic, military family, moving frequently and struggling to fit in. My military career as an Air Force officer led to self-discovery through Zen Buddhism, yoga, painting, music. I have questioned identity and found purpose in therapy. I'm dedicated to empowering others to find their own voice. I have my Bachelor's in Political Science from the US Air Force Academy and Master's in Social Work through University of Washington.
