I scheduled this appointment a few days before. Recieved multiple confirmations emails. 10 mins before I recieved another message stating the office was trying to contact me and can't so my appointment would be canceled even though it was confirmed many times. So when I called she said the secretary, zocdoc over books and she will see when she can find me an appointment she offered me an appointment for the next Friday. But I would need to commit to Fridays at 4pm and a neurological exam. Which I do not need or want. I asked her to kindly remove all of my information from their system. Clearly she didn't because I recieved this surgery for a visit I never had. I will need to check my ins statement to make sure I wasn't charged for a visit.
