My approach is person-centered, focusing on you, the client, and the moment-to-moment engagement, discovering insights together. I can help you uncover barriers and find constructive solutions to overcome them. Each person has the right to live a life free of negative thoughts and experiences—a life of healthy well-being. I hold a Master’s in Psychology and an EdD from Nova Southeastern University, which inform and enrich my practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I guide clients with constructive coping tools to increase emotional health and to reduce symptoms, using Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions, including EMDR. Each person’s life circumstances are unique; each person’s view of the world, and the ability to manage and understand it, is unique.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first, and most difficult step in healing is seeking help; each step after is progressively easier, as we take one step at a time. In your individualistic journey, I can help guide you in reorganizing your life to reassess and reprioritize what is most important, to regain balance. I can help navigate the path towards healing and rediscovery.
