Getting to know Jeffrey Casper
Hello there, I'm Jeff.
Do you ever feel lost, down, frustrated, confused, or simply scared? Or that your life can be difficult—but could it be different?
Could there be a way to look at life where it becomes vibrant again, or for the first time?
The answer to these questions is a resounding yes!
Finding a way to see life and its challenges differently is what therapy and change are really all about. For over a decade, I have been helping others through a variety of life challenges and growth, including trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, loss, anxiety, life transitions, and spiritual crises, as a counselor and life coach. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.
I am committed to working with success-minded individuals to help you open up, connect with a more authentic you, declutter your life, and simply work toward the life you seek. Together, we can envision your purpose-driven, meaningful life and explore how to change patterns that are holding you back while simplifying your approach. I look forward to assisting you in harnessing your strengths and exploring a more authentic you!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
