Hi there, I'm Jeffrey! I am a warm and caring therapist. Although my approach to therapy is eclectic, I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My approach I draw on my work in family therapy and try to identify familial and or relationship patterns that may be obstacles to healing. In addition, I am trauma-informed and address childhood trauma that may be affecting adult relationships. My focus I work with clients from adolescents to older adults.
