My focus I work with individuals ages 18 and older. I especially enjoy working with men and men's issues. I also have many years of experience supporting people with serious mental illnesses, such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. My communication style I work very collaboratively and in a client-focused manner. This is a trip we take together. I do not know the particular solution you are seeking, but I am certain you do, and I'm honored to help you find it. My journey to mental healthcare I've always enjoyed working with people and helping others. My goals for you I assist clients in formulating and firming up their goals. My first session with you In our first session, we'll go over basic guidelines and housekeeping, such as safety and contact information.
