I am passionate about helping women find purpose and direction in life while navigating challenges in relationships, careers, parenting, and life transitions. Through active listening, I will hear and acknowledge your concerns and strive to build a relationship centered on acceptance and respect. My approach is strengths-based and focused on helping women develop a more positive outlook on life. Also, I am able to provide a Christian framework for those women that value a faith-based approach in their counseling session.
