My primary focus and passion lie in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, fertility journeys, and parenthood. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enhanced by training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a fast-acting, trauma-informed modality that helps process distressing experiences without prolonged retelling. Whether you're managing mood changes, adjusting to a new identity as a parent, or dealing with lifelong patterns of anxiety or depression, I aim to create a safe, supportive space to move toward meaningful change.
