Jemia M. Warner, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Rose Legacy Institute. She earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Over the last seven years, Mrs. Warner has built a diverse career in the field of social work. She utilizes a dynamic, interactive approach with all clients and is experienced in working closely with marginalized populations, Veterans, Active-Duty Military members and their families, and individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her expertise also includes case management, crisis intervention, community resource referrals, evidence-based treatment, and advocacy for diverse at-risk youth, adolescents, and adults facing mental health, substance use, and self-harm concerns.
Mrs. Warner serves as a passionate advocate for vulnerable populations. She sees the greater good in all of her clients and wants them to see it for themselves. As an African-American woman, Mrs. Warner supports movements that liberate, encourage, and uplift underrepresented populations.
