Psychotherapist
4621 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL
As a therapist, I am passionate about helping clients develop insight, perspective, and the strategies needed to continue moving forward in their lives. I have experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, life transitions, grief, social skills challenges, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. I value the relationships I build with my clients and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and exploration. We all have unique experiences, and I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach to meet you where you are and work toward your individual goals. I earned my Master's in Counseling from DePaul University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support diverse client needs. From my time working as a school counselor, I am uniquely familiar with advocating for and fostering the social-emotional needs of modern children, in addition to working alongside parents to find the right support for their kids. Some of my clinical interests include working with young adults and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and navigating life transitions. I have several specialized skills and training, including but not limited to Social Thinking and Zones of Regulation training, Rush Neurobehavioral Center Executive Functioning Curriculum training, and Mindful Schools Mindfulness Fundamentals and Mindful Educator courses. I am also working towards becoming an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
