Getting to know Jen Meyer

I have been a counselor in practices, nonprofits, and social service agencies for over 20 years and love what I do. I'm passionate about supporting my clients with relationships, family, identity, life transitions, personal changes, and the challenges we all face along the way. My therapy style is eclectic, relational, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and sometimes directive or experiential. I'm affirming of all identities, including LGBTQ+ and various types of neurodivergence. My goal is to provide a safe space to learn and grow while exploring together the limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serve you. Jen Meyer, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, has many years of experience working with clients from all backgrounds. She earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, where Buddhist-inspired mindfulness meditation training was part of the core curriculum alongside clinical training. Jen is a certified holistic mental health counselor, childbirth educator, mindfulness teacher, and parent coach, as well as an advocate for children, seniors, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent populations.
