What should a new client know about working with you?

You are the expert on you. I am the expert on people. Together, I know we can come up with perspectives and solutions to fit your needs. I'm a pretty eclectic therapist when it comes to modalities. You're unique and just one way of doing therapy might not work for you. I like to mix and match different modalities to create something to fit your unique needs. We can create something together that works for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Usually I like to check in with my clients at the start of a session. Then we move into a topic that we have discussed in your treatment plan that we create together in your first session. I provide information and an objective view so that you can make informed choices. I help you process information through a variety of interventions like role playing, information sheets, worksheets, and coping skills.
