Dealing with stress is something that everyone experiences, regardless of age or life stage. It can become overwhelming in various situations, such as: - Being a teenager battling self-esteem issues - Being a young adult trying to find your identity - Being a parent trying to find a balance between family and work life - Struggling in a relationship because of past trauma - Trying to move forward but grief is controlling you Neglecting your mental health can lead to not just a lackluster life, but a miserable one. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Ferris State University, and through therapy, I can address any concerns you have. My goal is to help you navigate your emotions instead of telling you what to do about them so that you can find peace and happiness for yourself. That could look like: - Waking up without dreading what your day entails. - Facing the world with confidence. - Having the courage to say no. - Setting healthy boundaries. - Celebrating life instead of fearing the inevitable.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
