I specialize in working with individuals experiencing addiction and trauma. My approach focuses on understanding the underlying issues that contribute to these struggles, including past experiences, thought patterns, and emotional challenges. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, address unhealthy patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me isn’t pushy or overly clinical. It’s warm, honest, and rooted in connection. This is a space where you get to exhale. There’s no pressure to “do it right” or get somewhere fast.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll discuss your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll identify goals and develop a plan for treatment. In follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, address current challenges, and determine next steps. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to your individual needs, comfort level, and pace.
