We will work together to identify your innate strengths and use those very strengths as the foundation for healing old wounds.

What to Expect In our sessions, you can expect a space that is both supportive and direct. I integrate evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and DBT-focused approaches. When appropriate, I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you stay grounded and present. Whether we are addressing addiction, family dynamics, or personal growth, you will find a partner who is committed to your progress and who will offer the honest feedback necessary to help you move forward.
