Jenna Bekier, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
I specialize in helping both adults and teens who are navigating painful life transitions, and are experiencing trauma, grief and anxiety. Utilizing an Internal Family Systems and parts work approach, I support my clients in tending to their emotional wounds, and discovering the ways that their unique system of “parts” are working to protect them. We can uncover powerful and meaningful ways to heal these pain points, supporting transformation and growth. I also incorporate therapeutic styles like CBT, DBT and somatic therapy to support my clients in developing tools and resources that help them feel more grounded and able to get through painful times and situations more effectively. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, and have years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults, and adults in outpatient and residential settings. I am an IFS Level 1 Trained Therapist with the IFS Institute, and am pursuing my Level 2 training this year. If you are interested in exploring whether we would be a good fit for working together, I offer free 15 minute consultation calls to prospective clients. Together we can discuss what you are looking for from therapy, and ways that I can help you to meet your goals. Feel free to reach out today!
