I hope to be able to provide the care you need when anxiety feels heavy, when caring for a loved one stretches you thin, or when old thought patterns keep you stuck. I would be honored to help you through life’s changes, from the uncertainty of young adulthood to rediscovering yourself in retirement. Together, we can work through the challenges of parenthood, relationship struggles, grief, or the impact of ADHD on your life. If you’re ready for change but feel caught in the same cycle, we can work together to break those patterns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is most effective when a foundation of trust and safety is built. As we connect, I'll shape my approach around who you are and the goals you have. I want to understand your story, what you have been through, and where you hope to go. Our past informs our present, we get to determine our futures. My goal is to provide a supportive space for adults to heal, connect, and evolve. I integrate and offer a variety of methods because I believe each person deserves care that's as unique as they are. My training and experience allows me to apply these approaches thoughtfully and effectively. I support people with a wide range of challenges, with a special focus on: Generalized and health-related anxiety Family members or friends supporting a loved one with addiction Building insight into how personal history shapes current behaviors Overcoming self-defeating thoughts and perfectionism Navigating the unique challenges of a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis Clients going through major transitions, from navigating independence in young adulthood to creating a fulfilling life in retirement Support for the trials and tribulations of parenting I also provide care for clients experiencing panic, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, explore your story, and work toward meaningful change. I believe strongly in the power of therapy to support growth, healing, and self-discovery. I offer both traditional talk therapy and/or art therapy, pulling on evidence based approaches to fit your unique needs. I want to understand your story, what you have been through, and where you hope to go. In our work together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I’ll show up with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to truly listening. Together, we’ll build a relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and respect.
