Do you often feel like you’re carrying too much while trying to hold everything together? You may appear capable and strong on the outside, while privately feeling exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. I work with individuals navigating childhood and attachment wounds, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and the impact of emotionally immature or high-conflict families. I especially enjoy working with high achievers, overfunctioners, empaths, and highly sensitive people (HSPs) who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic practices, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and a strengths-based lens to help uncover the roots of your struggles and support lasting healing. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and playful. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to be fully yourself, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while creating space for curiosity, growth, and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a foundation of trust. We’ll explore your experiences, patterns, and goals while working together to identify what feels most important to address. Throughout therapy, we’ll continue to check in, adjust our approach, and make space for your growth and healing. If you're ready to reconnect with yourself, your people, or your purpose, I invite you to book a session with me.
